• 4 days/week online training (16 workouts a month)
• Weekly check-in call
• 2 personal calls a month, anytime 8am-10pm, for training questions

Gold — $250/mo

• 5 days/week online training (20 workouts a month)
• Weekly check-in call with FaceTime option
• 4 personal calls or FaceTime sessions a month, 8am-10pm
• Free BAM training shirt
• 1-hour live pad work session, face to face (after 1 week of training)
